Each time I drain the water and add fresh water. It takes about 4 hours and 100 washes until it goes from yellow and oily to white and fluffy. It becomes a light cream that sinks in instead of sitting greasy.\n\nWhat's in it:\n\nBase version: Ghee + purified water only.\n\nIf you want the version with oils: Ghee, water, avocado oil, rose hip oil, and fragrance oil of your choice.\n\nYou can choose:\n\nPlain (just ghee and water) - best for very sensitive skin\nRose\nLavender\nOrange\nRosemary\n\nIf you want it plain, just write \"plain\" in the personalization box at checkout. Plain is just ghee \u0026amp; water without avocado oil \u0026amp; rose hip oil. Otherwise you can choose  the scent from the drop down menu during checkout. \n\nWhat it does:\n\nIt's a fluffy moisturizer for all skin types. Use this cream if you skin feels tight  have signs of fine lines \u0026amp; wrinkles and very dry. You only need a pea-sized amount. A little goes a long way.\n\nIt is not watery like lotion. It's a balm-cream texture. Melts when it touches skin.\n\nHow to use:\n\nUse dry hands to scoop a small amount. Warm it between your fingers and press into slightly damp skin. Morning or night. Keep the lid closed when not using.\n\nSize and storage:\n\nFilled by weight. Because it's whipped, it can settle in shipping and look less full - you still get the full weight.\n\nGhee softens in heat. If it melts in shipping during summer, stir it and put it in the fridge for an hour. It will firm back up. You might see a little water in the jar, that's normal - it's from the washing process.\n\nDetails:\n\nMade in small batches in my home studio in San Antonio. No preservatives. Handmade fresh, ships in 1-3 days.\n\nIngredients: Ghee, water, avocado oil, rose hip oil, fragrance oil (optional - only if you choose a scent).
